Open to Everyone
Most emergencies are not cardiac arrest — they are a deep cut, a bad burn, an allergic reaction or a fall. This class covers the injuries and sudden illnesses you are actually most likely to meet, at home and at work. You will pack a wound, apply a tourniquet, use a trainer epinephrine auto-injector and run a head-to-toe assessment, so the minutes before the ambulance arrives are spent helping rather than freezing.

They cover different emergencies. First Aid handles injuries and sudden illness; CPR & AED handles cardiac arrest and choking. Most workplace requirements ask for both, and we regularly run them back to back in one day.
It covers the training content OSHA expects for a workplace first aid responder. Requirements vary by industry and state, so send us your written safety plan and we will confirm the right combination of courses.
Yes. You apply a real tourniquet to a training limb and to your own arm under supervision, because knowing how tight is tight enough is something you cannot learn from a slide.
Every two years. Guidelines and best practice change between cycles, so a renewal class is not simply a repeat of the same material.
