NEW LIFECPR Training

We Come to You

Corporate & Onsite Training

We bring the classroom to you — manikins, AED trainers, supplies and instructors — and build the program around your shifts, your risks and your floor plan. A warehouse team drills crush injuries and bleeding control; a restaurant team drills choking and burns; an office team drills collapse in a stairwell and where the AED actually lives. Your people leave certified, and you leave with a roster, an emergency action plan and a renewal calendar.

Course Content

How an Onsite Program Works

Every engagement is scoped to your team, but the structure below is what most workplaces run. Mix and match the modules — most sites combine CPR, AED and First Aid into a single onsite certification.

  1. Pre-Training Consultation

    • Review your industry hazards and incident history
    • Confirm how many responders each shift needs
    • Choose the right certification mix for your compliance requirements
    • Agree on dates, room setup and group sizes
  2. Core CPR & AED Session

    • Adult CPR with hands-on manikin practice for every participant
    • AED operation using your own unit where possible
    • Choking relief for adults
    • Rotating groups so production or service never stops
  3. First Aid Essentials

    • Severe bleeding control and tourniquet use
    • Burns, fractures, head injuries and eye injuries
    • Allergic reactions and sudden illness at work
    • What belongs in your first aid stations
  4. Industry-Specific Scenarios

    • Construction and warehouse: falls, crush injuries, machinery incidents
    • Kitchens and hospitality: burns, deep cuts, choking guests
    • Offices and retail: collapse in a stairwell, restroom or sales floor
    • Care facilities: resident falls and rapid deterioration
  5. Emergency Action Plan Walkthrough

    • Walk the floor and map every AED and first aid kit
    • Define who calls 911, who meets EMS at the door, who brings the AED
    • Audit kit contents and expiry dates
    • Post a one-page response flow where the team can see it
  6. Skills Checks & Certification

    • Individual skills evaluation for every participant
    • Digital cards issued the same day
    • Attendance roster and certificate log for your compliance file
    • Renewal calendar with reminders before cards expire

Good to Know

Frequently Asked Questions

The questions we hear most often before class. If yours is not here, call us — we would rather answer it now than have you book the wrong course.

  • How many people can you train at once?

We cap each instructor at 12 participants so everyone gets real manikin time. For larger teams we bring additional instructors or split the day into back-to-back sessions across your shifts.

  • What do we need to provide?

A room with clear floor space, power and a wall or screen. We bring everything else — manikins, AED trainers, barrier masks, first aid supplies and paperwork.

  • Can you train across multiple shifts or locations?

Yes. Split sessions across mornings, evenings and weekends, or run consecutive days across sites. All results come back to you as a single roster.

  • Will this satisfy our OSHA obligation?

The training content maps to OSHA's expectation of trained responders onsite, and you receive the documentation to prove it. Requirements differ by industry and state, so we review your written safety plan first and recommend the right course mix.

  • How far in advance should we book?

Two weeks gives us the most scheduling flexibility, but we regularly cover urgent requests — including audit deadlines and last-minute onboarding.

Still unsure which class you need? Call (510) 415-7963 or send us a message.
